Exchange or Reimbursement

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, an exchange or reimbursement will be granted within 30 days following the date of purchase, only if the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been worn;
  • The item has not been washed;
  • The original tags and labels must still be on the item;
  • The item must still be in its original packaging;
  • The original receipt of purchase must be included with the return;

Shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

For reimbursements, we will reimburse only the full cost of the product(s) returned and will not reimburse shipping costs.

Please note : Made-to-measure items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

The dispatch time is the period of time required to confirm the order and prepare the package for shipping.

The delivery time is the period of time from the moment the package leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives at its final destination.

Please note that shipments are made during business days, 8 am – 5 pm. If the item is unavailable and must be produced for you, please add a production time of approximately 2 weeks to the normal dispatch time. In such instances, expect a delivery delay of approximately 3 weeks. We will reach out to you directly should the delivery time be estimated to be greater than that for whatever reason.

Fees and Price Quotes

For international deliveries, it is possible that fees will be levied in addition to those indicated on your bill, such as fees for customs. BILODEAU Canada is not responsible for these additional shipping costs.
