Most of our guarantees are limited to a period of 6 months. If you exceed this period, it is likely that the product is no longer covered;

General comments related to warranties

Your BILODEAU products are guaranteed for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing defect and varies according to the product. The warranty applies if the product has been properly maintained and has not been abused. See the warranty section for more information.

For fur products: Fur is a material that can shed hair and, like leather, can scratch. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of fur caused by rubbing or by being stored near a source of high heat. Consult the warranty section for more information.

At all times, a physical examination of the product must be performed by our team in order to determine the cause of the requested repairs. No warranty can be considered valid without this physical expertise.
