Dispatch and Delivery Times

The dispatch time is the period of time required to confirm the order and prepare the package for shipping.

The delivery time is the period of time from the moment the package leaves our warehouse to the moment it arrives at its final destination.

Deliveries within Canada are typically made 3 to 7 days after leaving our facilities.

Please note that shipments are made during business days, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. If the item is not in inventory, it will normally be made within 2 weeks of the order being placed. In such an event, we will contact you to let you know.

Fees and Price Quotes

For international deliveries, it is possible that fees will be levied in addition to those indicated on your bill, such as fees for customs. BILODEAU Canada is not responsible for these additional shipping costs.
